Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipping Delevering Time:-

All orders are delivered within a minimum of 1-2 days & maximum of 3-5 business days from the date of order placed.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may get delayed by 1-2 days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or whatsapp or mobile.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues which cannot be controlled by  Ikkiyam naturals.

Domestic Shipping Conditions:-

 Ikkiyam naturals ships to addresses ONLY within India.
If any service area or pin code is not serviceable we shall intimate, you in advance.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking :-

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking number and courier name once your order is shipped.

Custom Duties & Taxes:-

 Ikkiyam naturals is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc)

Damages:-

 Ikkiyam naturals is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please immediately contact the courier customer care OR contact Ikkiyam. Specify the shipment damage issue in the delivery comment section with courier. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Pls take enough pics and videos while unboxing the parcel as a proof of evidence to share with courier.

International Shipping Policy :-
